Do I require any additional software to access the workshops?

Our workshops are delivered using Zoom. You will be prompted to download the program when you click the link. CIFFA recommends setting it up with your company’s IT department before the day of the workshop. In addition, it is recommended that headphones are used for the best audio experience.

If I registered for a workshop, does this mean my colleague can attend in my place?

No. Registrations are linked to an individual user. Due to high demand and limited space, CIFFA asks all participants to register those who wish to attend the workshop. Full names are required to access the room, and if there is another name on the registration, access will be denied.

What time zone does the time reflected on the course page refer to?

Unless otherwise stated, all CIFFA workshops are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time.

Does CIFFA provide proof of participation?

No, CIFFA does not provide proof of participation. However, if you email us we may be able to assist you based on what you require.

Is the presentation provided on completion of the workshop?

No, the presentation is not provided to participants. CIFFA provides job aides that summarize key points of individual workshops. Additional handouts of relevant documents or references are provided on a course by course basis.
