Previous training and experience as an Authorized Cargo Representative (ACR) is recommended before taking on the role of a CSC.
How are certificates issued?
The CIFFA certificate is a digital document that is emailed to you, and can be shared on social media. You may also print your certificate from the digital diploma platform. The FIATA diploma is also a digital diploma that is provided directly by FIATA.
