Do I need the IATA DGR to take this course?
No, but it is highly recommended that you do, as the concepts can be confusing without referencing the DGR.
How are certificates issued?
The CIFFA certificate is a digital document that is emailed to you, and can be shared on social media. You may also print your certificate from the digital diploma platform. The FIATA diploma is also a digital diploma that is provided directly by FIATA.
