About Manjot: is a Senior Product Development executive with 12+ years of leadership experience in designing, launching, and optimizing products and processes to solve some of the world’s most complex supply chain and logistics challenges. As a senior member of Amazon’s Product and Operations teams, he was central to scaling several new products and services that drove hundreds of millions in new revenue, including Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) and Prime Free Same Day Shipping.

I’ve honored my entrepreneurial spirit by growing and scaling a Systems Integrator, SummitEdge, after moving from a senior executive role at a top supply chain consulting firm. My career is marked by calculated risks and roles that have stretched and inspired me, including being the youngest participant in Santa Clara University’s Executive MBA program.

My proudest achievements include architecting a global system used by every Amazon warehouse globally to maximize package delivery, securing a $200M investment to build the Station Command Center product to manage thousands of frontline workers and reduce millions in turnover costs, developing a complex customer-support system for 1,000+ Amazon XL agents to unlock in-home installations for the first time, overseeing the global launch of the Prime Same Day shipping toggle, and creating Wise BI, an AI-driven platform for real-time analytics in managing global supply chains from manufacturing to fulfillment.

About Ruban: Ruban Phukan has over two decades of pioneering work in AI, Machine Learning, Information Retrieval, Search, Visualization, and Conversational User Interfaces. He is driven by a quest for problem-solution-fit in the enterprise world, believing deeply in the importance of understanding hard problems thoroughly to devise fitting solutions, regardless of their complexity.

The acquisition facilitated the expansion of Bixee’s travel vertical into Goibibo, solidifying its position as India’s second-largest travel destination, eventually merging into market leader MakeMyTrip. Continuing his entrepreneurial journey, Ruban co-founded DataRPM, an Enterprise AI platform for Industrial IoT with its patented Natural Language Question Answering technology, serving esteemed clients like GE, Samsung, Siemens, Jaguar Land Rover, and more, until its acquisition by Progress Software.
