NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF MEMBERS 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special meeting of the Members of the Corporation will be held virtually on the 7th day of November 2024 at 11:00 ET and at any adjournment or adjournments thereof, for the following purposes:

1. To consider and, if thought advisable, to pass, with or without amendment, a Special Resolution authorizing the Corporation to amend the Articles regarding the Limits of Authority. 

2. To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

The proposed Special Resolution referred to in item 1 above, together with the proposed Articles of Amendment, will be provided upon registration.

Members who are unable to attend the meeting in person are requested to date, sign and return to the Corporation the linked form of Proxy.
