Course Description

CIFFA Online Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations (TDG) Training provides certification for the transport of dangerous goods by land. The material covered in this course covers all required objectives as set out by Transport Canada. On successful completion a certificate is automatically provided that will require the learner and their employer to sign. This certifies that the employer confirms completion of required training on TDG commensurate to their position. To maintain compliance, students must recertify every 36 months.

Your employer must ensure that course material is completed by you alone, and assessments (exam) are completed ethically and without assistance.  Any additional specific training not covered in this course but commensurate with your position should be provided by your employer.  Your employer will need to sign the certificate of completion as per Canadian Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Regulations.  Please review an employee and employers' responsibilities here.
Can I take this course if I am not employed by a company?
No, the Transportation of Dangerous Goods certificate MUST be signed by you, the employee, and your employer to be valid.
