Air DG Virtual Class – Initial

This initial course is for freight forwarders and shippers with no experience in shipping dangerous goods by air, or who have let their previous certificate expire for more than 12 months. This course is updated yearly in line with changes to the regulations. (CIFFA recommends that recurrent students who do not consistently ship dangerous goods enrol in this class as well.) Note: Online lessons with an instructor-supported virtual class require approximately 16 to 20 hours of study. This includes a 5-hour scheduled virtual workshop.

Course Description

This program provides both general background information, as well as detailed information on classification, identification, packing, marking, labelling and documenting of Dangerous Goods. Learning modules, practice tests, case studies and a live session with a certified instructor enhance the learning environment.
