Cancellations & Refunds

In all cases, cancellations must be made in writing.

Professional Freight Forwarding Courses

All requests for refunds must be made to the CIFFA office in writing, and will only be issued under the following conditions:

Cancellations received:

A-synchronous Online Learning (online on-demand) and blended online learning.

– Less than 2 weeks after initial registration of an UNSTARTED online or blended online course Full refund (minus a $100 administration fee for all International Freight Forwarding Courses).

-Between week 2 and 3 after initial registration, with no more than 30% of the online lessons completed) – 50% refund.

-After the 3rd week from initial registration – no refund.

All program materials received must be returned to the CIFFA office, at the student’s expense, prior to the issuance of any refund.

In-Class and Instructor Led Virtual Training

Refunds for these courses will only be issued under the following conditions:

-More than 2 weeks prior to course start – full refund (minus a $100.00 administration fee).

-1 to 2 weeks prior to course start – 50% refund.

-Less than 1 week prior to course start – no refund.

e-Learning Programs 

(except CIFFA freight forwarding courses)

-Prior to starting (logging in) to an e-Learning Program – full refund (minus a $100.00 administration fee).

-After starting (logging-in) to an e-Learning Program – no refund.

In all cases, cancellations must be made in writing to CIFFA.

Events Cancellation and Refund Policy

-Cancellation less than one week before event  no refund

-Cancellation one week before event – full refund

CIFFA Online Store purchases

-All ebook and textbook sales are non-refundable.
