CIFFA’s Authorized Cargo Representative Training has proven to be very valuable to our company. Having the options of computer based, webinar or classroom sessions, has made it easy to fulfill our internal training requirements. The training content is always concise and very informative.
As an Air Cargo Representative, I now possess what I call the three A’s. Adept knowledge of cargo security, Awareness of what is happening in my surroundings that could be a threat, and finally it helps me be Alert on how I will respond to any threats.
I just want to thank CIFFA for all workshops they provided to us as freight forwarders which helps and prepare us to be ready for the Import-Export changes in the industry like CUSMA Agreement, Essentials of Exporting and CERS system and I encourage most of us to participate.
